TIGHE Honored With Heineken USA’s Star Performer Award

Woburn, MA. – March 28, 2005 - - TIGHE Warehousing and Distribution was recently presented with Heineken USA’s “Star Performer Award” for its dedication and service over the last three years. TIGHE has operated the Boston Demand Point facility for Heineken USA since 2001 servicing Heineken’s distributor network throughout the New England region.

“Heineken has been a great customer to do business with over the last few years and we’ve enjoyed the relationships we’ve developed” said John Tighe, Executive Vice President. He adds “credit for this award goes to all of the folks involved with the day-to-day operations of the business especially to our drivers, warehouse people and to two very key individuals who have managed the business since day one; Ken Wells the Heineken Warehouse Manage and Gail Grondin, our Heineken Customer Service Representative”.

Although the Boston Demand Point facility was closed in January 2005, TIGHE will be continuing its relationship by providing regional transportation services out of Heineken’s New Jersey distribution center back into the New England states.
